Checklists for training workflows
Compliance Checklists
Copy-ready checklist items designed for education, onboarding and internal learning. These help learners practice consistent review notes and escalation logic.
Checklist A: Basic document review
- Identity block: Name and address format are consistent within the document.
- Date range: Coverage period is clear and repeated consistently across pages.
- Pagination: Page numbers and footers behave consistently.
- Layout anchors: Headers/columns are aligned from top to bottom.
- Totals: Balances follow logical arithmetic flow.
Checklist B: Consistency across documents
- Names: Same spelling/order/initials across all documents.
- Addresses: Same structure and postcode/region formatting across documents.
- Timeline: Dates align with the declared scenario timeline.
- Context: Information supports the scenario narrative (training context).
- Notes: Reviewer note explains what was checked and why.
How to write an escalation note (training)
Use this structure:
- Observed: neutral facts (what you see)
- Risk: why it matters in training context
- Action: what you would do next (secondary review / clarification / record & close)
This is a training format that helps learners avoid vague notes like “looks suspicious” without explaining why.
